Simple Interface

The map is the key element of the application with access to all tools provided through floating, draggable and closable dialog windows. Create the layout to suit your needs and working style.


Configurable toolbars provide convenient access to all functions of the application in an intuitive manner.

Layer Control

Control the grouping of layers, display order, and link to related metadata. Layers can be switched on or off and the map legend can also be viewed.

Data Querying

Understand the content of your business information using a powerful data querying engine. Results can be viewed on the map as highlighted features or as a filter applied to the layer. Results table is dynamically linked to map allowing the zooming to specific result features.

Dynamic Map Scale

Map scale information dynamically updates as users zoom in and out of the map. Additional controls allow the selection of a specific map scale to set along with the ability to alter the transparency of the background map.


Use the interactive length and area measurement tools to take distance and area measurements.

Feature Indentification

Drill-down through all visible layers on the map to retrieve information about the features at the selected location. Navigate the attributes with an intuitive user interface to get the information you need.

Gazetteer Search

Dynamic auto-completion of a search string intelligently detects the entry of postcodes or placenames. Zoom to or animated panning of the map to the selected location.

Layer Filtering

Remove the clutter! A flexible querying engine allows users to remove unwanted features from map layers – see the most relevant information.
